The team at Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX) recently returned from an incredible experience at the 2026 ACCESS National Conference in beautiful Orlando Florida. The annual event brought together restoration professionals, contractors, carriers, and vendors to network, share insights, and explore new business opportunities — and ERX was proud to be part of it all.
One of the highlights of the conference was the ACCESS award ceremony, which ERX had the honor of sponsoring this year. Supporting an event that recognizes excellence and leadership within the industry was a meaningful opportunity for our team. Watching so many hardworking professionals and companies receive recognition for their dedication and success made the evening especially memorable.
As part of the celebration, ERX also hosted a special giveaway during the event. One lucky winner, Julie, went home with a branded ERX cooler packed full of company merchandise and goodies. From apparel and accessories to some fun surprises inside, the giveaway created plenty of excitement and was a great way for us to connect with attendees throughout the conference.
Beyond the conference sessions and networking opportunities, the trip was also an important time for team bonding. Spending time together outside of the daily work environment allowed our crew to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and enjoy the experience as a team. Whether attending conference events, exploring Orlando, road trip snacking at Buc-ees, or celebrating accomplishments together, the trip reinforced the strong culture that drives ERX forward every day.
