Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX) welcomes Andy Kurtas as the Vice President of Operations, accountable for overseeing day-to-day operations to support the growth of the organization in pursuit of its goals.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple industries, Andy will be focusing on strategic planning, goal-setting, and improving operational efficiency in preparation for the company’s continued growth.
Andy comes to ERX after 17 years of leadership service with Lowe’s Corporate. While at Lowe’s, he led teams driving organizational change for the company in sales, service, and operations. Andy spent the last several years developing and implementing service models for all sizes of projects in the remodel industry.
